The Horse Boy: A Must-See for Therapists Interested in Autism (and anyone else)
I had one of the most moving experiences in a theater that I think I can remember. The Horse Boy is based on New York Times best seller book with the same name – and is the story of the incredible journey a family takes
with hopes of healing their autistic son. This film touched me to the core, was awe inspiring and re-affirmed my views of what is possible in this world. The lens at which I view autism has changed forever.
I highly recommend this film to any therapists who work with autism as well as those who do not. Actually, this is the kind of movie that has the power to deeply and profoundly shift anyone.
