Psychotherapists Unmasked on the Internet
I was extremely flattered to by contacted recently by John Grohol of PsychCentral.com who asked if I’d be willing to contribute
occasionally to his website. Being that this is the “granddaddy” of trusted online mental health (lately venturing into the area of “relationships” as well) websites, I jumped at the opportunity. As little time as I have in my life at the moment, I had to make this one work.
I want to share with you my first article which went up today. It’s called “Psychotherapists Unmasked on the Internet“ and it takes a look at the changing landscape of therapist visiblity due to the internet – in contrast to my father’s time (a psychiatrist for almost 45 years) coming up in his profession.
I hope you enjoy the piece – and I would love to hear some comments about it here – or on John’s site.
