Hi Christine -

This is one of the things that I need to continue to work on in my life; not taking on so much, knowing when to say "no" - and striving to maintain balance that includes the things that are ultimately the most important to me - my relationships and self-care.

I think if we all remain mindful of the things that drive us (perhaps unhealthily so), we will be more able to stop, take a break, breathe and perhaps re-assess. It's people who are totally unaware of being drivin and what the consequences are who are at the most risk.

Sometimes it takes people to collapse - or lose important people in their lives - to finally "get it."

Hello Lisa,
This is very timely information for me. Sometimes I think we just need to listen to our bodies and say 'enough, no'.
