What’s New in The Toolbox?
November 17, 2009
I am pleased that The Toolbox at LisaKiftTherapy.com has been up and running pretty smoothly for some time now. Now it’s far easier for me to manage all of the new mental health and relationship articles, tips and tools that I continue to write and receive from other therapists and counselors. I have a few new sections in this site that are in early development:
In the near future I will also begin the third in my Therapy-At-Home Workbooks® series – after The Premarital Counseling Workbook for Couples and The Marriage Refresher Course Workbook for Couples. This time I might do something for those wanting to do some individual work on themselves – rather than for couples. More to come on that.
Aside from this website, I have a busy private practice and write for other therapy related sites including PsychCentral.com, GoodTherapy.org and Family-Marriage-Counseling.com – as well as have a column for Examiner.com and MoreMarin.com. And of course there’s the husband and 2 1/2 year old in the mix – so life is hectic! But I love what I do and enjoy providing people with help and possible ideas for their emotional and relationship issues – in the various venues that I do. Always keep in mind that though the information on my site is therapy related, The Toolbox at LisaKiftTherapy.com is not providing “therapy” to you and more serious concerns should be brought to a local professional in your area.
If you are in the San Francisco / north Marin area you can schedule an appointment to see me at my private practice which is www.MarinTherapyandCounseling.com- and if you’re in the state of California, we can talk about the possibility of phone therapy if it’s appropriate for your situation.
If you’re interested in staying current on what’s new in The Toolbox at LisaKiftTherapy.com, you can subscribe to my monthly newsletter by visiting the home page and filling out the form on the right. Other ways to stay in the loop are to connect on Facebook or Twitter . Therapists, counselors and coaches can find me on LinkedIn as well.
Happy Holidays everyone!
