She is currently studying in the area of neuroscience and brain plasticity to better help individuals and couples improve the way they relate to one another – and to themselves.
Her prior career was in movie and television production, an Assistant Director and member of The Director’s Guild of America in Los Angeles, CA. As a therapist, she has worked with a number of clients in the movie/tv industry, exploring and managing the impact of this high stress profession on themselves – and their relationships.
